Diana Alagić is a cultural manager, booker, and promoter who is fully immersed in club culture through regularly organizing events in Berlin's subculture and working internationally for Tresor Records.

Having served as the head of booking for a decade, she assumed the role of managing Tresor Berlin in 2024. She is also a co-initiator of the Academy of Subcultural Understanding, a Tresor Foundation pilot project launched in 2023. With the help of experienced researchers and local experts, the Academy of Subcultural Understanding works with young people who want to open new sustainable subcultural spaces in their home cities, offering them the right tools to succeed.
