Oliver Berg works in the Tartu 2024 Foundation team as one of the four programme managers. He is responsible for the programme line Tartu with Europe, which aims to empower the local Southern Estonian identity and foster new creative connections with the rest of Europe. An essential mission of the Tartu with Europe programme line expands understanding of inclusive and caring nightlife – a vital part of a sustainable urban landscape. Oliver has a background in cultural production and management as well as literature. He writes record reviews for local cultural outlets and has published prose and poetry. He is also an advocate of civic society and a founding member of the TAIP Foundation.
