Saile Johanna Langsepp is a freelance dancer, choreographer, and poet with a background in ballet and contemporary dance. In recent years, she has shifted her focus to sacred dance, exploring both its theoretical and practical aspects. This interest is the primary focus of her research in the University of Tartu’s master's program in Religious Studies, where she is currently a student. Her approach to sacred dance is intercultural, reflecting a broad range of influences. Over the past twenty years, Langsepp has participated in various workshops and classes, including European early dances, Chinese martial art Baguazhang, Indian classical dance Bharatanatyam, and whirling dance. She has also performed her own choreographies with different groups worldwide.
